Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days across Egypt. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes, we ship nationwide to all governorates in Egypt.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over 600 EGP.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Are your products suitable for newborns?
Yes, all Narava Baby products are dermatologically tested and safe from birth.
Do you offer travel-size products?
Not yet, but travel sizes are coming soon!

Are your products free from parabens and sulphates?
Yes, all our formulas are 0% paraben, 0% silicone and 0% sulphates.
Why do you use oat extracts?
Oat extracts are rich in beta-glucan and help soothe and protect sensitive baby skin.
