Return Eligibility

You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all labels and seals intact

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:
